The Merida Crossway Urban 500 is the new addtion to the Merida Crossway series making it the ideal bike for commuting to work or leisure. New Lightweight Aluminium frame and forks,concealed cable routing, Hydraulic disc brakes for greater braking efficiency, lighter gear components, road tyres to allow you to go fast, go far go exploring this is a versatile bike that does it all.

Specifications

  • Frame: 6061 double butted, technoformed lightweight aluminium with hydroformed down tube to conceal the cable routing, smooth welding, mounts for rack, mudguards and kickstand
  • Fork: Full carbon, tapered, 15mm through axle with double chamber technology
  • Transmission: 2 x 10 Shimano Deore shifters, Shimano Deore / Deore Shadow derailleurs, Shimano M627 38-24 chainset, Shimano HG500 11-34 cassette
  • Wheels: Track style nutted hubs for commuting security, Merida Comp Pro D rims, Maxxis Overdrive 35c kevlar bead and reflective strip tyres
  • Brakes: Shimano M355 hydraulic disc brakes - 160mm rotors
  • Finishing kit: Merida Pro oversize clamp 660mm wide, 12mm rise handlebar, Merida Pro oversize clamp - 17 degree stem, Merida Pro 15mm lay back seat post, comfort grips and saddle
