The Dawes Windermere frame is based on the same template as the Sahara, but built using lightweight alloy. There are also other little upgrades such as the Shimano EZ Fire shifters, an alloy rear carrier with strap and Kenda tyres. All of which add up to a very reliable contender for your trekking to begin. Using a low step-through frame makes this model ideal for those just entering the sport or, that are simply casual riders.
